Sarah Rafferty
Sarah got bitten by the acting bug when she was in the pre-school years. When her drama teacher caught her slicing across the lawn, in order to be late for the field hockey game, he advised that she should not attend practice but take part in the production of Richard III and thus began her fascination with acting. Sarah decided to take her love of the craft and learn more by majoring in English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre abroad in London as well as Oxford in her junior year. After graduation, she was a Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton then went on to pursue a degree in Yale Drama school. She was encouraged to take classes about the arts through both her parents. Her mother, who is the chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT in addition to her father's painting. Her talent as well as the instruction acquired by her paid off. Alongside her role in the USA Network's Suits where she plays the character Donna she's been in numerous TV series such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? The actress has also been featured in various stage productions including Gemini as well as As You Like It. Apart from her starring part on TV, Sarah has been a spokesperson for The Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about the issue. Sarah hosted the Sardi's annual party for three years running and she also spoke at this year's Sardi's. Sarah lives on the west and east coasts, and has two daughters.
